These are the steps::
Perform high-level aerobic activities. Moderate aerobic workouts incorporating jogging, brisk walking, cycling, aerobic machines, or classes not only burn calories -- they also keep your heart healthy. Swimming is also great, especially if you are quite overweight or have joint problems, because you can get the same benefits of running -- typically burning even more calories -- with much less stress on your joints. Try to get at least 30-40 minutes of aerobic exercise at least three or four days per week.
Pump some iron. Resistance training, (weight training), can help both sexes stay lean by building muscle and raising metabolism. The fact is, hours and hours of aerobic exercise won't help most people lose weight fast because your metabolism drops back to normal fairly quickly after stopping the exercise. If you gain muscle, however, your body's resting metabolism, (the amount of calories you burn when you're just sitting still), increases, because muscle requires a lot of calories to maintain. Studies have shown consistent weight training to raise the body's metabolism by 15%. This means an average woman might burn 200-300 more calories at rest every day! Resistance training is the gift that keeps on giving! Although, keep in mind that muscle mass weighs more than fat (don't be surprised if you gain weight but look slimmer).

Here are two steps to be followed::
- Drink plenty of water. Adequate water is essential for health, and a great many people simply don't get enough. What's more, if you're chronically dehydrated, your body will retain water in unflattering places, so if you make sure to get plenty of fluids you can start visibly trimming down in as little as a day. Remember, the more you exercise, the more water you'll need. See the related wikiHow for more details on how much water you should be getting.
- Exercise. Remember, you can lose weight either by decreasing your calorie intake or increasing the number of calories you burn. Any health strategy should include both, but if you want to lose weight fast, exercise is essential.

Get more fiber. There are many myths about fiber, but there is science to back up its helpful role in the diet. Fiber keeps the right amount of water in your intestines, making your digestive system work more efficiently and helping to keep you regular. Thus, just eating enough fiber may help you feel slimmer in just a day or so. There is also evidence that fiber in the diet can help prevent stroke and heart disease, ease the effects of diabetes, and may even directly help in weight loss.

A real incident with ghost(2)

My mother let it go at that and fell asleep. The next day my father went to work but before he left he asked my mom to go to the landlords and get a reciept for the rent, their landlord lived a couple of blocks so my mom got her babys ready and walked to the landlords house, when she got there the lady told her to come in and have some lemonade,she asked "so how do you like the place? " my mom told her she liked it alot but she said that her neighbors were kind of loud and that they were up very late. The lady replied "mrs. Raja, let me tell you a sad story, those neighbors you seen were not real, and your not the only ones who seen them, most new residents here do, you see, there was a family who lived ther years ago, a man and his wife and their children but his wife left him and took off with a truck driver, she also left him with all their children. Soon after he became a drunk, One night he came home from the bar and they say he passed out with a cigarette and burned the whole house down, along with his children." My mom could not believe it ! She waited untill my dad got home from work and told him the story, later that day they walked over to the place where they thought was their neighbors and sure enough, there was nothing but a old foundation and old burnt bedsprings. Later when they told my uncle he too, could not believe it, because he also seen them. This is a true ghost story told to me by my mom years ago, I hope you like it.

Here is an other step::
Graze on healthy snacks. Just because you're getting healthy doesn't mean you can't snack. In fact, eating small meals and snacks throughout the day, or grazing, has been shown to aid weight loss, (compared to eating three large meals a day), by keeping metabolism steadier. Pick snacks that are low in calories and fat and high in fiber (dried apricots, nuts, rice cakes, fruits, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, and so on). Vegetables are generally very low in calories, very high in fiber, and full of flavor and nutrition. Avoid starchy vegetables like potatoes, and try to eat vegetables plain, without fatty dressings or dips. Fruit also makes a good snack. Fruit contains more soluble fiber than vegetables, which slows your body's absorption of carbohydrates, thus releasing energy more slowly, (preventing sugar highs), and keeping you feeling full longer. Fruit juices are not a replacement for the real thing. You need that fiber, and juices often have more calories than the equivalent serving of fruit -- as many calories as soda! Be careful with dried fruits, because without the water, you tend to eat more, and fruits, when dried, are calorie-rich per ounce. With any dry or dried food, be sure to drink plenty of water.

An real incident with ghost!!!

Back in 1995 or 1998. I was a high school student. I was into heavily playing wargames and chess and was friends with a guy who ran a chess studio and also liked wargames. I’ll call him John because that was his name. At the time this particular incident happened, the chess studio was on the third floor of an old wooden building. John had told me that the studio was haunted, that he’d heard footsteps on the stairs, and, my memory is shaky here, but I think he mentioned having felt a presence at times. Nothing really scary, at least he seemed comfortable with it, but he'd sensed enough that he really believed it.
Anyway, we had wrapped up our wargame for the night, which I believe he had won (he usually did). We'd gone down the stairs and had just exiting the building when we both heard someone was whistling "This Old Man". This was not some unearthly sound, nor was it weak and far away. It was good, loud strong whistling. Although it would have been unlike him to pull a trick to freak me out, I watched his lips. It wasn’t him. It was nighttime and raining out, but there was plenty of light from streetlights to see by and there was no one about. It must have been 10:30 or 11:30 in the evening and this town was dead by then if you’ll pardon the pun. He mentioned the ghost and I asked him "Why "Whistle Man"?" (I had the name of the tune wrong, but hey, I was a little rattled.) He said he didn’t know. By this time we were by his car, the whistling was continuing, and it was CLOSE and no one in sight! And he had spoken while we heard the whistling, I had still suspected a trick and had watched him speak feeling sure that the whistling would stop when he answered me.
The whistling stopped as we both looked around to see if we could see anyone. He went back up the stairs to see if there was someone hiding inside and I went around the closest corner of the building. Neither of us saw anyone or found anything. That was it, end of the show. John drove me home and now that it was all over I found my legs were shaking.
It could still have been someone playing a joke. Although someone laying for us in the rain late at night seems kind of loony, people can be strange at times, and we didn’t check the roof, for example. But it was loud and so close sounding I don’t know where anyone could have hidden. I did ask him a few years later if he remembered this and if he had perchance pulled a fast one on me somehow. I figured if he denied it had happened I would have known I’d misremembered somehow or maybe dreamed it, and he was a good enough friend to have felt comfortable revealing any trickery knowing I would have enjoyed knowing how it was done. He remembered the incident and no he hadn’t fooled me.
It wasn't really that I mistrusted him , by the way, trickery would have been very unlike him. I just believe in ruling out any other explaination before I resort to saying I saw or, in this case, heard a ghost.
The building is still there (I checked a couple of months ago). Someday I want to interview the current occupants to see if anything strange has happened to them, but I’m not sure how to go about it. Most people just are not going to open up about things like that. I would appreciate suggestions on that.

HERE IS AN STEP TO FOLLOW::
Watch your portion sizes. Opening a bag of rice cakes and eating all of them in one sitting isn't going to help you lose weight. When eating chips, nuts, or dried fruit put a portion in a small bowl and then put the bag away. That way you won't mindlessly eat a larger portion than you had intended. Even if you only make minimal changes to your diet choices, reducing portion size will inevitably reduce caloric intake. A great way to watch portion sizes while snacking is to buy one serving 100 calorie packages - and they come in many favorite snack food items!

Plan your meals. Look for healthy, delicious meals online or in your cookbooks, and create a menu for the week. Make sure that your meal plan reduces your total calorie intake: you're not going to lose weight if you consume the same amount of calories by eating different foods. Make a list of what you'll need for these meals, and -- except for a few snacks, of course -- don't stray from your list when you get to the market. Planning your meals helps ensure you get a balanced diet and reduces the temptation to stop off for fast food or order a pizza. Remember, it's easier to stick to your shopping list if you shop when you aren't hungry.

What is a small business?
The term small business really varies; for some a small business could be one that has employees less than 25 people and generates less than 5 million dollars per year in revenue. To others it is a business that only one person works at that and provides only a few hundred dollars per month in profits. Since the definition of small business varies, it is really up to you on what you consider a small business to be.
Deciding on What Kind of Small Business to Start
One of the most important aspects of creating a small business is deciding which products or services to sell. In order to be in business, you have to offer something for sale. This aspect can vary widely. For instance, you can sell items on e-bay, you can create gift baskets and sell them to your friends in your community, you can open up a small convenience store and so on. How to grow ginger
Preparing the Site:
Enrich the potting soil with plenty of compost. Make sure you do this a few weeks before planting the ginger.
Required Materials:
The materials required for growing ginger are basic garden tools and materials. You will also need a ginger root, a pot, potting soil and a glass of water.
Submerge one thirds of the ginger in the glass of water. Leave it in until the roots are about an inch long. After that, plant it on top of the soil and then cover it with a layer of soil an inch thick.
Move it to an area that has plenty of sunlight. Since it is in a pot and is mobile, you won't have a hard time doing this.
Watering Requirements:
Ginger doesn't need much watering. However, you must keep the soil moist; be careful that it does not dry up.

Seasons:

Go over the list and decide which foods to cut out or reduce. Cutting calories is usually a lot easier than you might think. For example, that daily tall latte in the morning may pack 500 calories. Since a pound of flab (lost or gained) is roughly equivalent to 3,500 calories, replacing that rich beverage with black coffee can help you lose a pound a week. Other easy cuts include salad dressing (salad dressing is the number one source of fat in the average American woman's diet) soda pop, candy, and butter. Look at the nutritional information for the foods you eat, pay special attention to your intake of saturated fats and empty calories (high-sugar foods). You don't need to cut these things out entirely, but if you reduce your intake of high-fat, high-calorie foods you'll lose weight faster.

India on moon mission
NEW DELHI (Reuters) - India will launch a locally built rocket for the country's first unmanned mission to the moon on Oct. 22, the head of the project said on Tuesday.
"If at all there is any delay, it will be because of the weather, otherwise I don't foresee any technical difficulties," M. Annadurai told Reuters.
The launch, earlier scheduled for April but delayed due to technical difficulties, has been given a window between Oct 20 and Oct 28 for takeoff from a southern town.
Six countries, including the United States, are directly involved in the project, which will cost an estimated 3.86 billion rupees ($80.8 million).
It aims to map a three-dimensional atlas of the moon through high-resolution remote sensing and map the surface's chemical and mineral composition.
EXTENSIVE FUNDING
Despite limited funding, India operates an extensive space programme consisting of launch vehicles, satellites and data-processing centres.
India plans to send an astronaut into space by 2014 and a manned mission to moon by 2020. As part of preparations for that, it launched four satellites on a single rocket for the first time in January 2007, including one that was brought back to earth.
India's space programme was launched as a scientific research effort, but has now begun to make money from commercial launches.
At least 16 Indian satellites currently orbit the earth, supporting telecommunications, TV broadcasting, earth observation, weather forecasting, remote education and healthcare.
India's constellation of seven earth-observation satellites is the largest of its kind in the world, but its space programme lags behind its Asian rival China, which in 2003 became only the third nation after the United States and the former Soviet Union to launch a man into space aboard its own rocket.
China celebrated the completion of the country's first spacewalk last month, hailed as a major victory by its leaders.

The best solution? Don't go for an overnight miracle. Instead, follow these steps to lose fat rapidly, healthily, and sustainably.
Determine your daily calorie intake . Losing weight is simply a matter of expending more calories than you take in, through exercise and your daily activities. To win the battle, it helps to know how many calories you are consuming in a day. Write down all the things you eat on a typical day. Carry a small notebook with you and write down every snack, every drink, and the contents of every meal. There are also great websites that you can use to keep track of calories, get recipes, and help achieve your goal. Don't forget to include the pats of butter or the spoonful of sugar in your coffee. It's best to do this for at least a couple weekdays and a weekend; it's even better if you can go a full week. Do an itemized calorie count. When possible, write down the number of calories in each thing you eat as you eat it. Keep in mind that the recommended serving size is often considerably smaller than the serving you actually eat. Look up the calorie count on the internet for foods that don't have calories listed on the container or for fast food meals. You don't have to be 100% accurate, but you do want a good estimate of the number of calories you're taking in. There is an idea that multiplying your own weight by ten will produce a rough estimate of the number of calories you need to eat per day to maintain your weight. This is NOT true, you may wind up grossly under (or perhaps over) estimating the number of calories you should be eating. Use a scientific or health website to determine the number of calories you should eat a day or consult your doctor. Everyone has different metabolisms and there is no blanket rule that covers everyone's recommended calorie intake. Reducing 500 calories per day from the calories you eat to maintain your weight can help you lose a pound of fat per week.

Shrimp fried rice~ taste it na
A Chinese flavor, just see how to prepare it..
Run the frozen shrimp under warm running water, pat dry with paper towels, shell and devein. Chop into small pieces. Add the marinade ingredients and marinate for 15 minutes.
Dice the ham, onion, and green onion.
Beat the eggs lightly with chopsticks, add a dash of salt, and mix.* Set aside.
Heat the wok and then add 1 tablespoon oil. When oil is ready, pour 1/2 of the egg mixture into the wok and cook over medium heat, turning over once. Cook the other half the same way. Cut the egg into thin strips, and save for later.
Add 2 tablespoons oil, or as needed. When oil is hot, stir fry the onion and shrimp on high heat for a few moments, remove and set aside. Do the same for the green peas, and then the diced ham.
Add 1 - 2 tablespoons oil, turn the heat down to medium and stir-fry the rice. Add a bit of soy and oyster sauce if desired. Add the other ingredients except the egg and green onion and combine thoroughly. Serve the fried rice with the strips of egg on top and the green onion as garnish.**
*You can also add a bit of oyster sauce if desired
**Alternately, you can mix the green onion and egg in with the other ingredients.

Italian Raw Vegetable Antipasto:
Antipasti Vegetable-Based::
Bruschetta
You will need 4 six-inch wide slices of Tuscan bread. Toast them, over the coals if possible (though a toaster will work fine if need be) gently rub them with a cut clove of garlic (you don’t want to overwhelm the oil), then drizzle them with good olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste, cut the slices in half, and serve. Serves 4.
There are lots of variations to bruschetta.
- One of the tastiest:
After rubbing the slices with the garlic, rub them with a very ripe cut tomato as well (or spread a thin layer of chopped tomatoes seasoned with basil, salt & pepper over the slices). Then sprinkle with olive oil and season. In addition to being a fine appetizer, this is a traditional merenda, or afternoon snack. - And another:
Boil cannellini (white) beans, use a slotted spoon to spoon them over the toasted bread, season the bruschetta with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and serve. In my experience, people ask for seconds and thirds of this variation.
Finally, don't forget, if you are having a barbacue, that bruschetta is an excellent way to begin.
Pinzimonio
Prepare a big bowl of fresh tasty vegetables, cut into strips or pieces (whatever you prefer that doesn't sag, e.g. peppers, cauliflower, artichokes, celery, carrots, etc).
Set cruets of olive oil and vinegar on the table, along with salt & pepper. Give your diners small bowls in which to mix up a sauce with the olive oil and vinegar, seasoning to taste. They then dip their veggies in their sauce and eat.
You could also have other elements handy (mustard, whatnot) for those who want to make richer dipping sauces.
A wine? White, perhaps a Trebbiano Toscano, or a Vernaccia di San Gimignano.

Types of Sushi
Nigri-sushi – Nigri-sushi is perhaps the most common sushi around. It is usually formed with the hand and comes in rectangular or oval shapes. This type of sushi includes rice and a neta. Neta means topping. Nigri-sushi may also contain wasabi. Wasabi is made from Japanese horseradish and can be very strong. It can taste very hot, but to some, it adds excitement to the sushi. Wasabi is usually placed between the rice and the topping. In addition another ingredient may be present – nori. Nori is green seaweed that holds the topping to the rice. While seaweed might not sound appetizing, it is quite good.
Maki-sushi- This is another popular form of sushi. Maki-sushi is cylindrical in shape and is generally wrapped in nori. In order to roll the Maki-sushi into cylindrical shapes, a bamboo mat is used. There are two types of maki-sushi – thin rolled and fat rolled. Thin rolled (hosomaki) includes one to two fillings. Fat rolled (futomaki) contains three or more.
Temaki-sushi- This type of sushi is very similar to Maki-sushi, however the ingredients are usually more intense. Temaki-sushi is usually shaped in cylindrical forms and is sometimes referred to as a Japanese taco.

This rocket works by building up pressure in a small film canister. When the pressure reaches its highest point, the canister will pop open and send the rocket flying into the air. The gasses built up inside of it will help propel the rocket as it takes off – much like a real rocket.
Materials
You will need many materials for a proper rocket, but despite the seemingly difficult instructions, building your rocket will be very worthwhile once you see it in flight. First, you will need several sheets of computer paper to create the rocket's shape. You will also need a plastic 35-mm film canister, some packing tape (clear), scissors, Alka-Seltzer tablets, paper towels, and water. You can add other materials too if you want to make your rocket look cooler – just make sure that you keep the weight down for the best flight possible (just like a real rocket).
Shaping Your Rocket
Start by creating the shape of your rocket with the paper. Fold the paper in half the long way. Use one half of the paper as the body of your rocket and divide the other half of the paper in half the short way (you should have a half of your paper and two quarters). Use one of the quarters of your paper for the fins and the other quarter for the nose cone. Fold your fin quarter in half and then fold it diagonally. You should have created four triangles in your folds. Cut along each of the fold lines to get four fins. For the nose cone, sketch out a circle and cut around it. Then mark the center of the circle and draw two lines out from it at a right angle, much as if you are dividing the circle like a pie. Cut out a quarter of the circle.
Putting it all Together
Now take the long piece of paper you saved and tape it to the film canister so that the canister hangs down slightly from the long edge of the paper. Make sure that the cap part of the canister is easy to get to. Roll the paper around the canister to make the main body of the rocket look just like the rockets you have seen on television. Now tape the fins onto the rocket and roll the circular nose cone into a cone, taping the edges together so it looks like a cone. Tape your nose cone to the top of the rocket.
Blast Off!
You are all set to blast your rocket off. Turn the rocket over and take off the lid of the film canister. Fill the canister about a third with water. From here on you will have to work quickly for a great blastoff, so read these instructions before you actually do anything else. Drop one of the Alka-Seltzer pills into the canister and snap the lid on tight. Let the rocket stand up straight before you wait for it to take off.
Bigger and Better Rocket Ideas
That rocket was pretty cool – but what if you want a bigger blast? You can use other materials and bigger canisters to make rockets that are more powerful. Consider using a larger film canister or even a bottle with a small plug in it. There are other combinations of reactants that will work great too. Try mixing a soda-based drink like Pepsi or Coke with Mentos candy for a very big explosion that is sure to impress your friends.

become rich by helping others
Recently I’ve been thinking about where wealth comes from and who deserves it. I’m trying to rationalize why and how I can my hands on some more of it! My thoughts go something like this:
If you live completely on your own in the forest like an animal, or the first humans, then we can probably all agree that this is poverty. You have nothing. Any shelter was built by your own hands with tools you also built from nothing. Any food was caught or harvested by you. I consider this the base amount of wealth that an individual has. Really no matter how smart anyone is, they’re going to have at maximum some variation of a hut, a fire, and some skins for clothes. Nobody is going to have a Ferrari and a townhouse.
There are at least two ways to create wealth. Both of these ways create wealth out of “nothing”. Nobody has to lose wealth for these to work.
Very obviously, one way in which individuals are going to make their own lives easier is through ingenuity. The person who invents a rabbit snare will probably spend less time catching rabbits than the person who merely chases them down. Ingenuity is one of the big engines of the economy and it’s plain to see that our lives are much easier because of the invented machines doing the work we would normally do.
The other big opportunity to create wealth from nothing is cooperation. Two examples of cooperation building wealth:
- Share duties so that in the end all of the people either save time or get more resources. For example, it takes practically the same time to cook dinner for four people as for one. It saves time to give that job to a single person rather than repeat it four times.
- People together can do more than alone. For example suppose you want to move logs for a dwelling. One person may not ever be able to move a heavy log, but five people together can move the log. Therefore the only way you’re going to build log cabins for five individuals is to team up and move those logs together.
The key point to notice is that the individuals got wealthier by helping the group, not by taking from the group. In your family you are better off by making dinner for your family than by making dinner only for yourself.
Combine many people with ingenuity now. Pretend you are the only one in a village of 20 who knows how to make a rabbit snare. Clearly you are going to be the rabbit hunter because you can catch enough rabbits in a couple of hours to make all the rabbit stew for the village. Someone else is the cook, someone else fixes the houses, someone else takes care of the kids, etc. Now we have a situation where everyone only works a few hours per day to have comfortable lives instead of working all day as individuals for minimalist lives.
You, the rabbit hunter, could not have achieved such a level of wealth without the rest of the group even though you would have still had the same skills. You can catch rabbits enough for 10 or 20 people, but an individual can only eat enough for 1.
I call it cooperation while economists call it trade. For me trade doesn’t carry the same benevolence.
This, by the way, is where most of the gurus gets it right. To transcend the standard advice we need to know why. Is this an edict from God? Is it building good karma? No, it is the very source of all wealth. You become wealthy by making other people wealthy. That this isn’t just a feel-good statement, it is critical. It is the way things work.
Lots of the business advice is focused around capturing value for yourself. Negotiating. Advertising. Locking customers into your products. Protecting intellectual property. Loss control. Accounting. Price optimization. All of these topics are absolutely secondary to being able to make a better world for someone.
You will fail to be happy and you will likely fail to be rich if you spend your time thinking about how to get money. Every day will be a grumble-fest about how under-appreciated you are or how you make slightly too little money. Or maybe you’ll be a parasite, one of the few successful rich who swindle and extort from the rest.
It is far better to change your thinking to figuring out ways to make as many people better off in as dramatic a way as possible. Strangers are not to be guarded against; they are to be partnered with; they are to be enticed into causes; their lives are to be improved.

London, Sep 10 (IANS) Of the three main past and present physicists behind the landmark proton-smashing experiment in Geneva Wednesday, one has a Nobel Prize, the other is waiting to find out if he has one, and the third never got one.
The third man is the Bose of the Higgs-boson experiment - Satyendra Nath Bose.
It is Bose after whom the sub-atomic particle 'boson' is named - probably the only noun in the English language named after an Indian (and therefore never capitalised).
The $10 billion Large Hadron Collider experiment in Switzerland Wednesday could not have happened without Bose and Albert Einstein.
In 1924, Bose sent a paper to Einstein describing a statistical model that eventually led to the discovery of the Bose-Einstein condensate phenomenon.
The paper laid the basis for describing one of the two categories of the elementary particles that make up an atom - one was boson, and the other came to be known as fermion, after the Italian physicist Enrico Fermi.
Einstein had already won the Nobel in 1921 for services to theoretical physics and the discovery of the law of the photoelectric effect, and Fermi won it in 1938.
Decades later, in 1964, the British scientist Peter Higgs returned from a walk in the Scottish mountains to tell his colleagues that he had just experienced his 'one big idea,' which could hold a clue to how matter in the universe got its mass in the billionth of a second after the Big Bang.
Higgs eventually came up with his theory of the Higgs boson, a boson that gives mass to all other subatomic particles that happen to interact with it in a 'Higgs field'. The more they interact, the heavier they become. And the ones that don't interact don't gather mass.
The theory could not only throw further light on the creation of the universe, but also help explain the shape of it.
Wednesday's experiment at the European Centre for Nuclear Research (CERN) in Switzerland, where protons will be smashed against each other at great speed, will be the first attempt to actually observe the Higgs boson - nicknamed the 'God particle.' So far, it is the last undetected elementary particle, also called a fundamental particle, going by the standard theory of particle physics.
Higgs, who is professor emeritus at Edinburgh University, is now widely tipped to win the Nobel, particularly if the Higgs boson is detected.
The first Nobels for physics in the 21st century went jointly to three Americans - Eric Cornell, Carl Wieman and Wolfgang Ketterle. The won it for creating the 'condensate' - a new type of matter - that Bose and Einstein had postulated.
According to Bose's grandson Falguni Sarkar, six other physicists have won the Nobel for work in the area of Bose statistics.
However, for some reason, Satyendra Nath Bose himself never won the Nobel.
Sharon Ann Holgate, a British science writer and broadcaster who made an acclaimed radio documentary on Bose for the BBC some years ago, said she had no doubt the Indian deserved a Nobel.
'I certainly do think he deserved the Nobel. When I was researching my documentary I was outraged that this man was so brilliant, yet so overlooked, perhaps because of institutionalised racism. No one gave a damn because he was an Indian,' she told IANS.
'I was really angry, and wanted to make him a bit more widely known.' Holgate added.

The enclosure for the king cobra has an air conditioner fitted, as it cannot stand the summer heat. The soaring temperature in Chennai is bound to give the animals a tough time. All the cages in the zoo are well protected. They have thatched roofs on the top of every enclosure and fresh river sand has been spread on the floor to make it cooler for the animals. Water is sprinkled on the sand to provide some cool relief to the animals. Caves that are exposed directly to the sun are put under a shower twice a day.

BOMB BLASTs Targets Tamilnadu

A man suspected to be a member of a banned organisation was detained on Sunday with a large cache of explosives and two timer devices with plans to blow up several places on the Independence Day, police said.
A police official said said initial interrogation revealed that Sheikh Abdul Ghaffoor, 39, had plans to bomb state capital Chennai and three other cities in Tamil Nadu including the collectorate in Tirunelveli, at least six trains and one beyond the state's border; and the suspect is said to be working with either a textile or leather showroom in a suburb of the metropolis. There are indications the plot was hatched in a prison cell in the outskirts of Chennai by alleged ringleader P Ali Abdullah, a life convict serving sentences since 2003 and trained in Pakistan before conviction
The man Abdullah, involved in at least eight cases and serving multiple sentences, was being questioned inside the prison, officialy and kept secretly.
