3hundred 3rd man -- 'viru'

Indians were for this test series to start, after winning confident in them; while returning from Oz . Kumble's men were ready to face the fearless South Africans. It was all set at chennai. S.African placed a great score of 540 in 2 days, it was difficult and challenging for indians.
Sunlight started to diminish on day 2, when the man Sehwag (viru) came and opened hos account. At the end of day 2 he was unbeaten on 50. Day 3 was a day meant for viru only for him; he was on the pitch; holding his breath and his bat. He was not only fighting with the S.African bowlers, but also the hot sun; it was too hot and humid. But, he never stoped he was looking brilliant, his storks were referred from the book, and some of his play made an entry into the book of cricket. End of day 3 was nearing , without any baffling he crossed the 300 mark ; and was the third player to cross this 300 line twice in world history of cricket. He was really pumped up by his non stop able innings. We all were eagerly waiting for the 4th day to arrive, and seethe exciting moment of sehwag breaking Brian Lara's record of 400 mark. But he fails; he broke our expectations in the 1st session itself, when he gave his wicket to Nitini. Although he disappointed us, those stunning knows made our mind relaxed and more over we gave him a unique place in our mind.
Even though we had a hope of winning this match, it was drawn by the excellent batting performance showcased by McKenzie.

Cant answer now- "Why so??"

"I am not able to think, could you give me 2 more days, i will definitely find the correct solution". We can hear it more frequently sitting in class or at an official meeting. The thing is under pressure or tension where we have just a few seconds to answer a question or forward a suggestion, we are not able to get it right ; where as we do solve more intricate ones sitting at home. "Why does it happen so"?
Approaching a problem in a tension makes it more complicated, thus the mind is no fully present; absence of concentration. This is quite a mark able difficult we face in our lives. In order to overcome these kind s of problems we have to set our mind free from all other thoughts and at that particular time. Our maths sir used to say "boys! when you guys get anger or when you are hot under your collar try to solve a problem from your book." This practice made us to think when we feel pressure , we were able to overcome the above problem.
Doctors and great persons says; the more we keep our head cool, the more sharper does our brain work, implies we can think lot more, concentrate on our work and click the right solutions.

Oz kicks indian dash in T20

'Bursting audience' were gathered everywhere around the MCG stadium as it was a match between the world champions(australia) and world T20 camps(India). Ricky ponting was not present and his responsible cap was held to M.clarke. Dhoni was confident of winning it with an ease; as they were winning every match of this format they played.
India selected to bat kept loosing their wickets. Only Irfan pathan was able to defend Oz attack. Fortunately it was the second lowest score played in this format boarded by Indians. Oz wrapped indian team and allowed just 74 on board. After loosing to india each time they played in this format, Oz clinched victory in a terrific manner. No doubt it was the day meant for Ozs; performance on the field was outstanding, captain himself played the roll model for others. When Adam Gilchrist and the captain raised the bat and came on to bat, we could smell the victory, as well as the Oz. After losing a wicket Ozs puts an end to the indian 's victory tour in this format.

Technique behind gettin up early

Various changes occur in the body day and night. These changes are cyclical and occur periodically is called 'circadian rythm'. The technique behind getting up early is to set alarm in the biological clock which is in our body. It has been found by the medical units that these changes occuring periodicaly and cyclic are controlled by a center called "suprachiasmatic nuclei" in hypothamus.
This place in the brain secretes a hermone called ACTH(adreno cortic trophic harmone) whose level in the body fluctuates during day and night but in cyclic manner. Thus the level is min at night (during sleep) and max just before awakening. When there is increase in secretion of epinephrine & nore pinephrine. One of the effect of this mous sympathetic discharge is reinforcement of alert alternative state necessary for effective action causing awake.
By setting up early for a week we do allow the raise in level of ACTH to occur early at that time in the morning. Next day, ACTH level raises automatically at the same time early in the morning. By which we are able to wake up even if we dont keep an alarm in a clock, see that we get exactly at that same time.

Why it becomes as usual 'NEW YEAR'

January 1st arrives in a fascinating manner. Once it happens, one great thought comes into our mind 'NEW YEAR' resolutions. We try to make a modification in our old style of living, discarding the bad thoughts and torching some of the new Divine talents and character, into our track so called life.
But, unfortunately what happens is, we fail to keep up our resolutions. The next sunrise we casually repeat the same botch what we did previously last year. And what we planed will be a great flop and will start to lead the same way we used to. Its difficult to lead a new life in a new style; but through concentration, presence of mind its workable. "HAPPY NEW YEAR".
